It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, where it is also possible to add a comfortable cot with sides for a child up to 2 years old, a nice living room, where a third bed is available which also doubles as a sofa, a kitchen fully equipped view (in addition to crockery, tablecloths and various cookware available to our guest also a toaster, a coffee machine, a mechanical scale ...) with class A and A1 appliances (induction hob, hood for induction hobs, multifunction oven and refrigerator with freezer) complete with table and chairs for lunch, and a bathroom accessible from both the double bedroom and the living room-kitchen through a hallway that separates the two rooms, in complete privacy.

Our Guest will also have at their disposal 1000 square meters of well-kept garden according to the criteria of organic farming with sunbeds, covered parking space, a loggia with a wooden roof where you can eat and enjoy the garden view, a ping pong table, mosquito nets. roller shutters, inverter air conditioners, free Wifi service, safe, hairdryer and hair straightener, the board with its iron, a first aid kit, a small fire extinguisher, an indoor electric clothesline and a very large outdoor one, an electric broom, various games and books for the little ones as well as obviously all the material necessary for daily cleaning.

Upon arrival of our Guest, the apartment, fully sanitized and sanitized (therefore not excluding dishes, glasses, cutlery and other crockery) as well as good hospitality as well as for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 infection, will already be equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen, entirely made of organic cotton and natural fiber, such as hemp, washed by La casa Gaia with highly biodegradable ecological detergents; the bed linen will be changed weekly while the bathroom and kitchen linen will be changed every 3 days, if there is a need it is still possible to integrate a shorter-term change of linen. With regard to the prevention of COVID-19, we wish from now on to sensitize our Guest to frequently ventilate the rooms, it will also be an extra opportunity to breathe the clean air that the countryside offers.

Equally ecological and biodegradable will be the detergents that La casa Gaia offers its guests for the daily cleaning of the apartment, at the same time inviting them not to use chemical detergents since the wastewater purification and recycling system of La casa Gaia does not tolerate substances. chemicals, as well as personal detergents, all formulated with natural ingredients, free of substances of petrochemical or animal origin, synthetic fragrances and dyes, Ecolabel certified, a brand connected to products that comply with strict ecological criteria throughout their life cycle with approval standards, which concern both the product formula and the packaging, established at European level. 

In order to improve living comfort, transpiration and avoid the formation of unhealthy molds, the apartment was plastered with lime and not with concrete; it has been whitened with highly transpiring and anti-condensation water-based paints; to reduce noise, the rooms were soundproofed with sound-absorbing panels with a reduction of about 55db; in the windows, in Okumè Mahogany wood with excellent tightness, low-emissivity glasses have been installed, able to thermally insulate by limiting the dispersion of heat from the inside to the outside without compromising the transmission of sunlight to the inside, and mosquito nets that we recommend to always keep open since the apartment faces the garden; In both environments, inverter heat pump air conditioners were installed with the highest levels of efficiency for a substantial reduction in consumption; all the lighting used is low energy consumption or LED; Ecolabel certified tiles were installed for the floors, therefore non-polluting and non-hazardous, made with respect for the environment; finally, to save a considerable amount of water, all the taps are low-flow, therefore equipped with aero mixers, and the toilet bowl has a double button.
